My name is Adrian Steckeweh. I'm an architect and XR creator. I create effects that discover the layer between reality and virtual reality and create lasting experiences.
Effects
Decay
Decay is a motion-sensitive filter that lets movements appear as fine dust or sand that falls down.
Crystal Tentacles
Crystal Tentacles adds clear waving tentacles to the user's face that slowly follow the movements.
The Matter
The Matter places a floating, slowly rotation blob of an clear material, that distorts it's background. It also shines reflections on the ground. Because of those interactions with its environment it works well in many different scenes.
Rain Face
Rain Face adds a layer of running down drops on the face. The drops are scalable, changing the appearance to more slowly dripping sirup.
Reversed
Reversed lets the user be underwater. The surface above them casts a total reflection that can be touched and played with.
Under the Surface
Under the Surface conveys the feeling when you are floating in water and only your mouth and nose peak out of the water. That calm moments can be experienced in the filter.
Behind the Screen
Behind the Screen plays with the red, green and blue channels that are part of any screen. Our images are divided into these colors and yet we see the full color spectrum.
Foily
Foily lets the user play with multiple layers of thin stripes of foil that follow the face's movements.
Slime Blob
Slime Blob lets you play with a clear blob that is following your head movements and distorting your face like a fun house mirror.
Behind the Waterfall
Behind the Waterfall adds a veil-like water effect over the user and lets them experiment with the distorted transparency.
